  • 4 cups coleslaw mix (cabbage and carrots)pre-shredded

Dressing

  • 0.25 cup plain Greek yogurtfull-fat or low-fat
  • 1.5 tablespoons mayonnaisemeasured
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar or lemon juice
  • saltto taste
  • black pepperto taste
  • 0.5 teaspoon sugar or honeyoptional, for classic sweetness

Instructions

  1. 1.In a large bowl, whisk together the Greek yogurt, mayonnaise, vinegar (or lemon juice), salt, pepper, and optional sugar or honey until smooth.
