Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoons Chia seeds
  • 0.75 cup Unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 scoop Vanilla protein powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon Vanilla extractOptional but recommended
  • 0.5 cup Mixed berries
  • 1 teaspoon Honey or maple syrupOptional, adjust to taste

Instructions

  1. 1.Add all ingredients to a blender.
  2. 2.Blend for 10–15 seconds until smooth and well combined.
  3. 3.Let sit for 5 minutes, then stir again to prevent clumping.
  4. 4.Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
